I had forgotten that I could feel relaxed and calm. But in this state, everything flows more easily and in the best possible way for me! I feel energized, vibrant. I\u2019m more confident that I can handle any situation. I trust myself more.<\/p><p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-05217f5847224bfa63418c7a326da046\">That was exactly what I needed \u2014 because deep down, I know that everything I dream of is happening, but throughout motherhood, I had forgotten that. I doubted myself, my confidence, and everything else.<\/p><p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5a4d7af02e5786908e1e808096fdec40\">I started making time for things I had constantly been postponing, maybe because I kept falling into emotional states like depression. I began challenging myself to step out of my comfort zone.<\/p><p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-668530e714b1dd8987773f44ed84c854\">My family relationships also improved.<\/p><p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cbe7e35343bb8461521f2cf71e2afe17\">And not least \u2014 I healed my chronic headaches. This happened during the second Matrix session. Since then, I haven\u2019t had a single headache.
