1. Homeopathic Consultation<\/strong>
We will conduct an in-depth interview to review and analyse your history, symptoms, and overall health. I often ask questions that may seem unrelated to your main complaint, but the goal is to understand you and your reactions on an individual level. The purpose of this interview is to get to the root cause of your condition.<\/p>

2. Personalised Approach for Every Patient<\/strong>
My goal is to get to know you and your unique needs. Even if two people have the same cold symptoms \u2014 cough and high fever \u2014 it doesn\u2019t mean they require the same remedy. Remember: what matters to a homeopath is to individualise your specific reactions. For example, if one person\u2019s cough improves in fresh air, another might feel worse. If cold drinks soothe your sore throat, someone else may need warm tea for relief.<\/p>

3. Preparation of Individualised Homeopathic\/Schuessler Prescriptions<\/strong>
Based on the consultation, I prepare a personalised prescription with a specific homeopathic remedy or Schuessler salt. You will receive clear and precise instructions on how to take the remedy and how to self-monitor. Medications are not included in the price of the consultation.<\/p>

4. Follow-Up and Adjustment of Treatment<\/strong>
I regularly monitor your progress and, based on the changes, adapt and adjust the treatment if needed. We maintain open communication throughout your treatment to assess the effectiveness and make any necessary changes.<\/p>

5. Duration of Treatment<\/strong>
This is highly individual and depends on the level of symptom suppression, which is evaluated during the initial case-taking consultation. On average, recovery takes about one month for every year you\u2019ve been ill<\/strong>. For example, if you\u2019ve had chronic vestibular migraines for 10 years, full recovery may take up to 10 months.
It’s important to note that improvements are usually seen from the first and second prescription\/consultation<\/strong>, and your condition typically improves progressively with each follow-up. Please keep in mind that this information is general.<\/p>

6. All Consultations Are Held Online<\/strong>
Please install the Zoom<\/strong> application, as it is the main platform through which consultations are conducted. A video connection is required<\/strong>. Exceptions can be made for acute consultations, especially with children. Acute consultations are often held by phone.<\/p>

7. Children\u2019s Consultations and Presence<\/strong>
For initial consultations (case-taking) and on a. regular basis follow-up, \u00a0the child\u2019s presence is mandatory<\/strong>. When a parent\/guardian books a consultation for their child\u2019s health, it\u2019s important for me to see, meet, and briefly interact with the actual client.
Most of the information is provided by the parent, and a short conversation with the child (usually up to 15 minutes) helps complete the picture. This depends on the child’s age and condition.
Teenagers (13+) and young adults (16+)<\/strong> are welcome to speak privately with me, if they wish and if the issue allows it. Every consultation is strictly confidential.<\/p>
