The practitioner, also called a therapist- consultant reserves the right to both refer clients for medical care and to request types of medical information and tests from the client.

Practice Limitations

• • The type of operational activity or so-called “consultations” are conducted entirely online, in Bulgarian and English languages. This type of service does not imply territorial restrictions. The practice activities are registered and legalised according to the legal requirements of the Society of Homeopath, UK.

  • The therapist does not place age, territorial, religious, gender and other restrictions on the practice in his/her area of professionalism, but limits his/her counselling activities according to personal competence and professionalism as follows: The therapist or consultant does not accept or treat individuals with severe psychological and/or physical conditions and diagnoses such as: terminal illnesses, dementia, schizophrenia, severe forms of depression with hospitalization, drug addiction, alcoholism, severe forms of autism, cancer, other diseases of the psyche and physical body. The therapist has the discretion to refuse, terminate and/or redirect the client at any time.

Client’s Responsibility:

The therapist reserves the right to divert and not to provide, both general and individual, professional information related to the type, nature, origin and action of homeopathic preparations, prescription methodology, treatment and influence.

Self-medication:

The therapist is not responsible for the effectiveness of the treatment when the client uses homeopathic remedies preparations and/or conducts self-treatment. Self-administered homeopathic substances can alter your symptomatology and harm you. Although safe in their origin, taken in a manner inconsistent with the principles of classical homeopathy can lead to serious health and emotional disturbances.

Cancellation policy

A 48-hour notice period for cancellation or change of an already booked consultation is mandatory. In the event of failure to provide early notice of cancellation and/or change, we reserve the right to charge you 100%.
