MAC Cards,
120 minutes

Metaphorical Associative Cards (MAC) are a supportive method from psychology designed to work with both the subconscious and conscious mind. The subconscious holds the deep-rooted causes of chronic complaints, life difficulties, and hardships. These cards serve as a gateway to the subconscious, helping to uncover the underlying reason behind a condition, release the negative emotional charge, and bring the person to a state of awareness and resolution.

This form of therapy can be applied to key areas of difficulty in a person’s life: relationships (personal, professional, or with oneself).

MAC cards can be used to work with emotional trauma such as grief, loss, and more. Can be applied as a supportive therapy to any physical chronic disturbance. They are helpful in cases of chronic emotional states such as anxiety, depression, intrusive fears, burnout and more.

MAC cards can be used as a supportive method alongside homeopathic treatment or as a stand-alone therapeutic approach. It could be added at any time during your case-taking or follow-up consultation.
