🌸 Devote yourself to yourself!

When each of us is chasing our responsibilities.
✨ When we settle comfortably into our comfort zone, fear or anxiety is what pulls the reins and controls/predetermines our thoughts, actions, and decisions.
✨ When you go to bed tired and exhausted to rest, but what actually happens is that your mind starts transferring tomorrow’s tasks and criticising you for those you haven’t finished today (maybe because you’re overworked, or maybe because you simply forgot how to relax in trust).
✨ When your focus is on “I want because I don’t have.”- lacking.
✨ When your personal mantra is “I don’t have time”; “I can’t”; “I can’t bare anymore.”
✨ When you want to run away.

🚦 Stop! Don’t run away!
🙏 Stay.
🍃 Stay! Breathe!
Become aware of everything around you. Live it, breathe it, feel it. Relax!

💭 Are you grateful for everything you have, or are you more often focused on what you don’t have?

🦵 Did you thank your legs this morning (if you have them) for getting you out of bed and for allowing you to go wherever you want, even if they hurt (if you have pain)? Or you take them for granted, something you are used to and no longer pay attention to or appreciate?

💡 Well, let me share something with you.
If you take something or someone for granted and stop giving your gratitude, that thing/person may leave your life in an instant. And when that happens, you will learn to appreciate, love, respect, and give out your gratitude.

☀️ Do you realise that just by waking up in the morning, you have 100 reasons to fill yourself with gratitude and recharge with joy?

🔥 When you want to run away because you are exhausted… doing, achieving, and acting- STOP, reevaluate your path and appreciate how much you have achieved, how much you have. Realise that you are rich in everything that God possesses and be filled with joy.

🌟 It is up to you to choose to be grateful or to decide to be resentful.
And if resentment and lack are the prevailing emotions within you, then it is time to change something, somewhere. And that something is yourself, and that somewhere is within you.

✨ Don’t change the world, your colleagues, your spouse, your children, the country, and so on. Change yourself—from the inside out, because goodness begins with you and your change.

🔦 Light shines brightest in the darkness, and in the darkness, you can see even the smallest light.

🌌 Get to know your darkness and let the light inside you shine—from the inside out.
How? Devote yourself to experiencing “The stop of silence Stop.”
My quiet stop is the entrance to yours. From there on, it depends on you and your readiness for change.

📖 Gratitude is conscious recognition and grateful awareness of everything you are and everything you can be, of everything you possess in terms of material and spiritual values.
